Log a migraine in seconds. See your patterns over time.
Myra is a migraine log for iPhone. It records barometric pressure where you are, hour by hour, and shows your own attacks next to those pressure curves.
Three taps during an attack
How bad it is, when it started, save. Symptoms, medication and duration can be added whenever you want. There is no cutoff.
Pressure history, not guesswork
A 48-hour barometric pressure curve for your location, with your logged attacks marked directly on it.
Patterns with context
Myra shows how many of your attacks followed a rapid pressure drop — and how many such drops happened in total, so the number means something.
Myra does not predict your migraines.
Nobody can. Studies that tried to forecast individual attacks from weather, sleep and stress found accuracy close to chance. So Myra does not pretend. It shows you what actually happened, next to the weather that happened, and lets you draw your own conclusions.
Your data stays on your iPhone
Myra has no accounts and no servers holding your health information. Everything you log is stored on your device. We cannot read it, because it never reaches us. You can export everything as a CSV file at any time, free of charge, and delete everything from within the app.
Myra is a personal wellness log. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always talk to your healthcare provider about your symptoms and treatment.
